Nope. Part of what I do is figure out what tools actually fit your workflow, not just what's trending. I'll recommend and help set up whatever makes sense for you.

A Virtual Assistant (VA) typically executes tasks you assign them. As an Operations Strategist/Manager, I proactively map out or manage your operations. I identify problems before they happen, build systems to prevent swirl and mess, and coordinate your team so you can focus on creating.
With my Operations Retainer, I may take on some task-oriented work to help you juggle the workload, or help you hire support.

My primary focus is operational management, keeping your production running smoothly, coordinating your team, and building systems. I come to the table with a Senior Content Strategist background (15+ years in content development and creative direction). So I can be your sounding board when you're stuck on a creative decision or need a second opinion. However, I'm not your primary strategist or scriptwriter. Think of me as the person who makes sure your creative vision gets executed consistently.

I'm happy to chat about custom arrangements. Some things, like hiring support or special project buildouts, can be added as standalone projects. Other requests might mean my services aren't the right fit, and that's okay. During our intro call, we'll talk honestly about whether we're a good fit for each other.
