Freshpet
Video content samples
Between 2015 to 2021, as the Digital Marketing Manager and subsequently the Senior Content Marketing Strategist, I hired and worked closely with creative agencies, freelance videographers, and animators to craft videos for Freshpet. These videos ranged from internal sales materials, and training videos for retailers, to snackable content for paid and organic social. Below are just some examples of content made specifically for paid and organic social through these years.

Demystifying the Freshpet roll
We were challenged with explaining to pet parents what was inside the “mysterious” Freshpet roll. People were familiar with the sausage-looking packaging, but simply couldn’t wrap their heads around what the ingredients might be, or what it might look like once it was served. These examples are some of my favorite executions in “demystifying” the Freshpet roll.
Fresh from the Kitchen
Letting loose for the holidays
At Freshpet, the Holidays were always a time for us to highlight our sense of humor and capture the interest of a wider audience during a lower sales time of the year. What started with one video called The Holiday Feast, which you can watch here, turned into a year-after-year tradition for the brand. This particular campaign was a series of short stories as told by kids and their own imaginations. We then brought to life their silly stories with dogs acting out each scene. See the full Unofficial Holiday Tails series here.
Introducing Dr. Aziza Glass
In 2020, Freshpet signed on a new Veterinarian Spokesperson to educate the pet community on health and speak to press about the benefits of a fresh diet. To introduce Dr. Aziza Glass, we wanted to invite viewers to get to know and love Dr. Aziza as we did in person. She was warm and naturally funny—a person you’d be happy to join you at a party. But she was also an unpretentious and accessible veterinarian that you’d feel trust asking the hard questions. This Q&A video was our solution to a natural “get to know you.”
